Location is in a quiet area, about 3-4 minutes walk from the beach. Nearby Beach Bar "Pagida Seaside" is with sun loungers, and next to it is another beach (Ayia Thekla) with the possibility of going to a small island. There is a well-stocked grocerysee more

Nearby Beach Bar "Pagida Seaside" is with sun loungers, and next to it is another beach (Ayia Thekla) with the possibility of going to a small island. There is a well-stocked grocery store next to the house (frozen chicken breasts, pizza, some ready-to-heat meals), you don't have to drive for your shopping. If you like parties, you can go 4 km further to Ayia Napa. The depth of the pool gradually increases from the knees to approximately 160 cm. Hassle-free contact with the host, I called at 11 p.m. to get a pin for the key locker. To sum up, a great holiday.

A nice place with a nice pool. It was an easy check in and the hosts were very responsive and proactive. We arrived in a very dusty day and so the pool was not clean, and after we told the host, he immediately sent a person the next day to clean it. see more

It's a bit far from the center of Ayia Napa but we found no problems as we had buggies. It's close to a big supermarket and a nice restaurant.
