This large 3-bedroom apartment is situated on a building right on the beach. The complex offers a swimming pool for you to enjoy and is situated in the heart of the Germasogia tourist area.

The apartment itself has a large private balcony and is literally footsteps away from the beach, the main beach avenue of Limassol, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. A fully equipped air-conditioned apartment with an open plan living, dining, and a separate large fully equipped kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king sized and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom a king-sized bed and an extra bathroom is available for the 2 bedrooms.

Air conditioning units can be found in all areas of the apartment, with a cold / hot setting, fast WiFi, a large smart TV with Netflix in the living room and an extra tv in the main bedroom also available.

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms have quality mattresses, mattress & pillow protectors, and extra pillows.
