A large 3-bedroom apartment is situated on a building right on the beach. The complex offers a swimming pool for you to enjoy and is situated in the heart of the Germasogia tourist area.

The apartment itself has a large private balcony and is literally footsteps away from the beach, the main beach avenue of Limassol, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. A fully equipped air-conditioned apartment with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed.

Air conditioning units can be found in all areas of the apartments, with a cold / hot setting, fast WiFi, and a large smart TV with Netflix also available.

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms have quality mattresses, mattress & pillow protectors, and 4 pillows for each bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, and coffee machine.

BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms (one is ensuite) plus a guest toilet. Hot water with high pressure is available.
